Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If you’re not happy with your item, we offer an easy exchange process.

Eligibility for Exchange:

  • You may exchange any product purchased from our website within 48 hours of receiving it. Below items are not qualified for the exchange:
    • Stock Clearance Sale items
    • Nose Jewellery/Accessories
    • Custom-made or personalized items
  • The item(s) must be in their original condition, unworn, and undamaged, with all tags and packaging intact.

How to Request an Exchange:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours: Send an email to contact@avyaktaa.com or text us on WhatsApp number +91-9971145651 to initiate the exchange.
  2. Provide your order number, item name(s), and the details of the product you wish to exchange for.
  3. We will provide instructions for the return process once your request is received within 12 hours from receiving the request (except weekends).

Exchange Process:

  • If the exchange item has a higher value than the original product, the customer will be required to pay the difference.
  • If the exchange item has a lesser value than the original, the balance amount will be refunded after deducting a convenience fee of Rs. 50.
  • The convenience fee of Rs. 50 applies to all exchange requests, irrespective of the product value. and nature of payment.
  • Once the returned items have been delivered to our warehouse, our team will examine the products and ship the exchange item parcel. This process may take up to 15 business days.
  • All the shipments will be scheduled by our team. We will notify you with all the tracking details for a smooth flow of the process.

Payment Options:

  • Customers can pay the balance amount (if any) using Cash on Delivery (COD) or Prepaid payment options such as credit/debit cards, net banking, or UPI.
  • If the refund is applicable (for exchanges where the new item is of lesser value), the refunded amount will be credited to the customer using their preferred payment method.
  • If any Smile Points were used in the original order, they will be adjusted to the value of exchange products.

Important Notes:

  • Unfortunately, we won't be able to process any exchange request made after the 48 hours of delivery of the order.
